The company provides engineered solutions involving the supply and installation of grout filled mattress products for erosion control and flood protection.

Working mainly in civil construction, port, mining, and the oil and gas industries, EPS has forged extensive relationships with Government Departments, Project Managers, Engineering Consultants, and Contractors throughout the world.

Company Director, Mark Roberts (left) has a degree in Civil Engineering combined with 37 years experience in the field of erosion control using grouted mattress technology. Mark has successfully designed, project-managed and installed the concrete mattress on substantial projects in the USA, China, United Arab Emirates, Yemen, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Brunei, Saipan Island, Guam, New Zealand, PNG, Fiji, as well as extensively throughout Australia.

The EPS installation team and support staff readily provide a wealth of knowledge and experience to our customers, with our senior staff averaging more than 30 years in this field. A wealth of experience with installation technology that no other Australian company can lay claim to.

Using only the highest quality polymer based yarns available internationally, our products are manufactured, here in Australia, to ISO 9001:2000 quality management systems procedures.

We are fully aware of the need to stay ahead of our competitors in relation to development of new products, as well as testing the parameters of our existing systems. Our research is carried out by approved NATA registered testing facilities, with model tank testing high on the agenda to prove the effectiveness of our products for specific project requirements.
